Notes to all. It’s holiday time. Museum will be closed the last two weekends in the year. Hope this doesn’t disrupt your holiday plans. I
F you have visitors from out of town, it MAY be possible to open during the week. Give us a call at 510-522-4262 as our all volunteer staff will be on site periodically to get messages and do maintenance.
Thank you for a great year. The Holiday Party was wonderful. Still trying to get a link to the photos taken. The China Clipper Lecture with lunch was awesome. The Model Show, the Toy Show, the Garage/Estate sales all added income to the treasury. Both East Bay Swap Meets were fun and we’ll do them again next year. The Doolittle History Walk & Lunch with Marshall Davis in April will be expanded for the April 1, 2017 event to mark the 75th Anniversary.
Ballots were delayed but are going out mid-December. Please remember to vote. To all who sent in renewal or joining for the first time dues – thank you. AND to those who generously gave extra money, the end of year donation letters will be coming soon to help document your tax deductions. In general, donations above $250 annually get letters. Your check is always your receipt for most members.
