Manny Silvas died on Nov. 19, 2011. He worked at NAS Alameda back in the 1960’s to 1980’s.
He was past District 14 VFW Commander and a NARFE Chapter 511 life member. Manny had decades of volunteering at the VA Livermore hospital and Kaiser Hayward hospital.
