Passed away on October 30, 2011 at the age of 92. William was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 64 years, Marie F. Rose; survived by his three children, Bill Rose (Valerie), Joyce Sherer, and Jeannie Foster; his four grandchildren, Kenneth Foster, Kurtis Sherer, Kevin Sherer, and Kerilyn Foster.
William was a resident of Modesto, California and lived previously in Hayward, California for 20+ years.
