The Crow’s Nest on the 2nd floor is the perfect place for your next Business Meeting or Private Event. Change of Command, Retirements, and other memorable events with a beautiful view of Seaplane Lagoon!
Available: Display space for temporary exhibits to artists, art groups, mixed media.
Rental Contract $500 minimum for 4 hours. Up to 50 people. For every person over that is an additional $10.00 each. For small groups (under 40 people) the charge is $100.00 per hour, 4 hour minimum. Evening events, that are catered – must provide up to two meals for museum staff after 6:00 PM. Contract, terms and configuration documents by email.

Need a smaller space? The “Ready Room” has presentation space configured as theater seating for 25 people, with large screen TV, podium, and computer hook-ups. $35/hour, Minimum $100.00 Charge day use only.

Encinal High School reunions, model airplane swap meets, military retirement celebrations, Christmas parties, memorial services, small-venue music events, office staff retreats, and guest speaker lectures and presentations.
Renting our facility helps support the museum through donations, increased public exposure, and by serving as a valuable community resource for the people of Alameda and the surrounding area.

Our facility is well suited for catered events. One caterer that has been used multiple times with excellent feedback is Pacific Fine Food Catering at Alameda Point. With a spacious service line, kitchen facilities, and elevator access, our venue is convenient and easy to work with for any professional catering company.
