Want someday to see exact location where USS Wasp shoved
off for the mission to Tokyo. Provided that location still exists and
Is accessible. Can you help me? Thanks, Dave Dickson
Doolittle and the Raiders took off from Pier 2, which is still in use and visible from our museum. Perhaps the Wasp used same pier? Pier 3 has the USS Hornet (CV-12) museum. Google Earth can show you how they look today.
